 In the event you are unable to attend an event you signed up for, please let us know before the event. If notified at least 24 hours before the event, a full refund can be arranged. Otherwise or should you choose to, your entry can be applied to a future event. If we are not informed of absence by the time the event starts, no refund or credit will be applied.
